Loading ...I got this idea yesterday when I braved blizzard-like conditions in a mighty quest for all that is burrito. Yes, I drove 30 minutes through a snow storm just to get a burrito from Chipotle. You see, while most people find fulfillment from petty things such as “relationships” with “other people”, I seek my affection from the one thing that is consistent in my life; the mexican subway.
Anyway, while I was driving there, I thought to myself, what a great idea for a post. List the top 5 best and worst places to be during a blizzard. Then I got lazy and didn’t want to think of 5 answers for each, so now it’s just the best and worst.

My vote is no. In fact, I find the entire turkey component of Thanksgiving to be completely arbitrary.
In it’s original form, Thanksgiving was held by Pilgrims to celebrate a bountiful harvest. A celebration of gathered vegetables; turkey may or may not have been present. Thanksgiving has since evolved into one of the most underrated holidays around. It is filled with food, family, and football, and the only expectation people carry with the holiday is that they eat as much as they possibly can. It’s a symbol of a 4-day weekend of freedom. A time to tie up loose ends, and for family to be together. All in all, it’s a pretty swell occasion.

People that I work with actually know about my website, and any information I post will be scrutinized by them. The real reason? Because work is too boring to talk about, and I don’t want to put all of you to sleep.
Now I’m not saying my work is boring, because that’s far from the truth. What I’m saying is that talking about work is boring. If I wrote in this blog space that about my day at work, you’d be bored to tears. Let’s test my theory out.

This is something I learned in computer science classes, and always fascinated me. Basically, you can count on the speed of computer processors doubling every 18-24 months, and the associated production costs being reduced dramatically. So, you, the end user can count on the power of your computer being doubled every 18 months. This is why I always recommend that people get new computers after 2-3 years (those of you with 5 year old computers and say ‘it works just fine for what I do’ are morons and don’t ever call me with a computer question again. EVER!), as well as why you can get computers nowadays for dirt cheap!

The answer is yes. One of the things they asked me to do in their response was to scout locations for a potential Roseville location.
Until recently, I haven’t been holding up my end of the bargain. I did not even respond to their letter. I guess it was a combination of feeling slighted and laziness. Well, I recently skinny dipped in the motivation pool, and I am once again on a mission to bring Chipotle to Roseville.
